1. How long does order processing take?

We typically process all orders within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Please note that during peak seasons or sales, there might be slight delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order for the product you prefer.
